Thanks, we'll be in touch
A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.
We're currently experiencing a high level of demand, so wait times are an estimated 24–48 hours.
Many of our clients are guarantors, gift givers or co-borrowers living abroad who need to sign documents for a property or business loan in England or Wales. The advice is the same as for a client in the UK: your solicitor explains the documents, makes sure you are signing freely, and signs the certificate your lender needs.
We can work around your time zone and arrange how original documents are signed, witnessed and returned.
UK lenders generally require independent legal advice for guarantors, third-party chargors and others regardless of where they live. Some lenders have extra requirements for overseas signatories, such as particular witnessing or notarisation, which your solicitor will check with you.
